David Cypers
MSc; study anddegree of electronics engineering from the Industrial Engineering Institute of Liège (BE), Master degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Liège; since 1997 working for ALSTOM, first as an auxiliary converter design engineer, then as a traction system engineer on different rolling stock projects; currently works in Semeac (France) as skill leader and master expert in traction systems.
